Sylmar Hang Gliding Association

Every year, the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory welcomes the public to its annual open house. This year, the event is June 9-10, 9 AM until 4 PM both days. JPL always puts on a great show for everyone interested in space and science, adults and kids alike. The place works like a theme park, so bring comfortable shoes and a sun hat. I expect there will be carts selling hot dogs, ice cream, and lemonade. The lines usually get really long in the afternoons, so arrive early if you can.
