Our basic first aid kit is a mess. It's no longer sterile and we really need a proper storage container for it! I put together a list of basic outdoor-based supplies a good kit should have. But I'm no expert. If anyone can think of anything else we should add, please post. I like the idea of organizing the kit into labelled sections, for easy access, so I tried to create the list accordingly. Here it is:

We won't need a AMBU bag. I have a Resuscitator mask. It comes with an adult/child, infant mask with oxygen inlet, one way valve with a 3M filtrete, gloves and wipes. It is in a hard shell container.
The mask can be cleaned and reused. The filter needs to be replaced.
