Any Hang Gliding at Mt Rushmore SD?

I was going to be within driving distance this weekend and was researching the possibility of Hang Gliding Mt Rushmore in South Dakota.

It is park service land so naturally any club would need a permit. Greenpeace has violated this by trying to hang a banner, that momentarily became a paraglider.

There is a staircase that leads to the top. Imagine hiking a glider up from Blacks Beach at Torrey.

I found a few internet references that it would be cool to give hang glider lessons over Mt Rushmore, and the guy that played superman in Smallville was seen hang gliding over Mt Rushmore.
