we must clear all u.s.f.s. drains, (above every burm, hump in road, ) there is a drain. we must keep them open or the ditches will return with the first rain or cloudburst. i am marking the most critical ones with yellow tape. take a shovel and brush cutter. some are so badly overgrown you can't even see them from the road. if the road washes out kiss kagel GOODBY!!! rome
