Saturday January 26th LZ Cookout and.....

....Bachelor Party. Or at least, I'm beginning the bachelor party there.

Yes, I'm getting married and I felt like starting my bachelor party at the LZ before heading out to Pasadena for a night of bar hopping. A couple of my non-flying buddies are flying tandem. We are bringing a grill, food, and drinks. Hot food will be served sometime around mid afternoon.

Given the time of year, we are considering a weather contingency, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

OP, the ladies would be a bit chilly don't you think.

OK. Weather decision time... I'm coming either way. I've seen reports of the rain and clouds clearing by the afternoon with southwest winds. It may not be the best flight and we may get skunked, but the food will be hot and the drinks will be cold, and we can reminisce about Wayne.

If anything, we can put the pavillion to good use. I can't see how anyone could say anything bad about it.
