and we havent cleared ANY usfs drains!! we can use sandbags, (only 1/2 full). i'l'l try to mark critical drains with yellow tape. bring a shovel etc.any dirt removed from in front of drains should be put on top of burms.remember the 15ft long and 5ft. deep rut that 1 truck fell into? ..and that was with only 1/4 inch of rain.rome
