Received this email from Larry Chamblee:
"Today I mailed our Certificate of Amendment of Articles of Incorporation to the California Secretary of State. Their processing times are pretty fast.
If this is approved, SHGA will be a “public benefit nonprofit� under California law, and consequently eligible to apply to the IRS for status as a 501(c)(c)(3) Charitable Nonprofit."
All thanks go to Larry for this effort. His "retirement" has been a boon to the SHGA.
