A man accused of shooting and killing another man in the parking lot of a Walmart in Marion County will not face any charges.
On July 9, Colt Thriemer shot and killed Thomas "TJ" Brown after the two got into a fight in the parking lot of the Walmart in Silver Springs Shores.
In a new report, prosecutors say Brown had been threatening to kill Thriemer for months, so when Thriemer was confronted outside the store, he was justified, via the state's "stand your ground" law, in using deadly force, officials said.

I hold the USHPA competition committee as being negligent in their duties by not suspending the aggressor 7 days and a $50 fine.

Since the gliderport lease is offerred in competition by the city of San Diego this falls under the jurisdiction of USHPA competition committee.
