For three days from home I watched cloud streets set up over Elsinore while I was working. Yesterday I went there but had hoped to go to Kagel as an old friend was there from back East but I got a late start. Almost didn't get off w the switch there but did. No clouds to fly but7400 and lots of up close sailplane thermaling. So fun to hit the core and watch those sailplanes drop below. Landing there when it is blowing down is great. The other way not so great. Fortunately it was blowing down. I think an Elsinore fly and Laguna hills pool party are in order. I was the only HG in t air?? And only one PG as the others sunk out. Go figure. They were getting to 9000 the two previous days
