Distinguish between a BUSINESS at Dockweiler
and
open, free, recreational, and individual HG at Dockweiler.

For decades the open, free, recreational, and individual HG at Dockweiler has not been allowed; but surfing, swimming, fires, kiteboarding, cycling, umbrellas, and other activities that have incidents have had open, free, recreational allowance without pointed burdensome 3PL coverage that depresses the activity. HG is pointed for a burden that is inequitable. The County could simply act equitably and allow open, free, recreational, and individual HG at Dockweiler bluffs. It is my hope that the County will open us such respect for the hard working citizens of Los Angeles County and more. Hopefully, the County will open such equity for HG at Dockweiler sooner than later. Please distinguish the contract with the business of HG and the social contract that the County has with its citizens as regards recreational HG.

What say you on this matter?

Equity of activity would not have a HG citizen join a private corporation in order to glide from dirt to sand in a HG on public beach-park land. Being a citizen should be enough.

World, please distinguish between a BUSINESS operating on public lands from the activity of citizens just individually recreating. Hang Gliding in the open recreation way is not allowed as it used to be at Dockweiler; it is hoped that the world will help Dockweiler have free, open, and unburdened HG be allowed once again at Dockweiler; equity with cycling, surfing, umbrella carrying, kiteboarding, etc. is wanted for the conservative hang gliding that may occur at Dockweiler.
