hang gliding in Greece?

I might get to go to Greece this summer. Does anyone know anything about flying there? James Bond, For Your Eyes Only, and Sky Riders both filmed hang gliders flying over the monesteries at Meteora. I haven't found much on the internet yet, mostly paragliding stuff. I'd hate to be a normal tourist and only walk on the ground.
