SDHGPA Laundry Skills
Time to Freshen-up . . . with Betty Pfeiffer
4th Annual Safety & Reserve Clinic
Two staggered Sessions:
April 21th & 22nd (split Sat/ Sun)
or April 22nd (full Sun)
Clinic Agenda Activities will include:
• Up to four situational practice deployments, with
your own harness and chute
• Preflight Error Launch Simulations un-hooked / no
Leg straps
• Bridle Hang Check (PG)
• Outdoor practice with deflating demo parachutes in
wind (weather permitting)
• Parachute inspection and repack (qty 1)
• Video and seminar presentations on:
• inspecting harnesses and parachute systems
• deployment decisions (5 levels HG, 13 levels PG)
• executing proper deployments
• identifying problems after deployment, and how to
handle them
• strategies for preparing for landing, how to avoid
being hurt on landing, how to avoid being dragged
after landing
• water landings, power lines, and other major hazards
• why repack and many other topics

Pre Registration Cost: $60 or $40 for SDHGPA Members
(additional repacks $30), ($10 Door Registration
surcharge). Repack priority will be determined by
