The "E" TEAM
Membership Drive
It's taken years of hard work and a whole lot of court stuff, but the Elsinore Hang Gliding Association has finally achieved it's goal of securing a permanent landing area. The question is, now that we have it, what do we do with it?
Well the first thing we have to do is get our memberships up to date and start supporting the club so we have the funds to do something with it. There are still a lot of issues that have to be dealt with having to do with the structuring of the landing area itself. And we have to maintain the place which involves normal maintenance of things like mowing the weeds and paying for the crapper. We also have to bring in some equipment to get rid of some of the obsticles and clean up the dump. We are also obtaining a Conditional Use Permit for launch which means we will also be installing crappers up there. The ladies should like that. All of this costs money.
SO! It's time to RENEW your Memberships and cough up some money. And for all you other people that love to fly here once and a while, forty bucks a year aint gonna kill ya. So let's all join in and become members or renew our membership and support the effort to keep the Elsinore Hang Gliding and Para Gliding areas open. Let's fill out the membership forms and get that money into the club where it will do some good.
