    Hi everyone,
I’m a new paraglider currently looking to buy my first flight instrument. My budget is around 500 euros, and I’m hoping to find a device that meets the following needs:
A large, anti-glare screen that remains readable in bright sunlight
Long battery life to support full-day flying sessions
Accurate GPS positioning and reliable navigation functions
Additional data controls (e.g., vario, airspace alerts, Bluetooth connectivity) would be a nice bonus
I’ve been using mobile apps so far, but I’d like to upgrade to a dedicated instrument for better performance and reliability.
If you’ve used a device that fits these criteria—especially within my budget—I’d really appreciate your suggestions or experiences. I’m also open to considering used gear if it’s in good condition.
Thanks in advance for your help! Fly safe 🪂
