I managed to penetrate the command and control of the local ham

natzi establishment and I am publishing my findings. Note: I may

have been given false information to trace a leak in their

organization.

1) ham radio operators do get sex:
advanced licensed operator seen in Jacuzzi 5 hours over total last year with hot spinner Indonesian woman wearing victoria secret bra in lue of a bikini top.

2) 147.555 has been designated a digital testing frequency, thus

the digital sound of the intermitant keying we report.

3) Ham(club) received gifts from Los Angeles of 1 trailer and 1

truck (LZ ice cream truck), antennas, transmitters batteries

generators, fully electronically stocked.

4) New Laws of FEMA and HAM coordination are causing "contensions"

with local police and firefighters.

The internet is so creepy... Creeps me out. I'm the easiest to pick out, and I shouldn't be doing this to others. Stupid parents, Y U NO predict the internet and give me the name "Bob Smith" or something like that.

Is it possible to get a call sign and not give out your address? I'm pretty anal about keeping my online and public information down to a minimum (to prevent screaming hordes of women finding me obviously), and it took me about 2 minutes to find your address Mike.

Everywhere I go, all the HAM bitches are trying to "jump my junk." Who knew that ham had such a teen groupie scene?

These days, your name and zip code, is enough to know everything. Should i get a forwarded PO box in Alabama? What a pain.

With my silly name, you know every time I fart on the internet.

EDIT: HAM was designed for a different purpose in a different age. It's rules are not relevant since CB, Cell Phones, or internet existed. Ancient beyond it's age, Ham must die. I don't want to tell everyone where I sleep when I make a transmission.

Non-violent Non-participation is the best choice for all of us.

When I got involved with this post, I didn't care about having a Ham License...But after listening to Ham operators, I understand their feelings towards the club they belong too, and I'm looking forward in getting a Ham license.

I know our club is conscious of following our rules, and understands the importance of respecting other clubs.

Our president has taken steps to do what is right to protect our interest, and Ham members, I'm sure will acknowledge it.

First I read all the US Code: 51 titles. Takes shelves to hold them all. 200,000 pages and growing continuously.

Then I do the Code of Federal Regulations. This is where the rubber really hits the road.

However both of those are useless, you need to know how to interpret them. That's why I stay current with judicial authority. Our appeal courts issue briefs. They come from 11 circuit court systems, and the supreme court. They are continually issuing briefs. That's what these books are.

Mind you this is only for federal law. We haven't started on state law.

Also many of the laws we have say we can't violate foreign law either... Such I stay current with the legal system from Andorra to Zimbabwe. (16 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 3371â€“3378

Little known fact. Al Capone wasn't sent to Alcatraz for murdering or being a gangster. He was caught broadcasting below 30meters without a General License. Busto's great grandfather was the snitch that tipped of the pigs. Ham radio is serious stuff.

The Ham radio discussion was started in another thread (it had been removed for whatever reasons), both threads were initiated by other members. I had read the thread and it was clear that there were other people well before Robert who had expressed concerns, even going as far as pointing out FCC rules and penalties for breaking them.

I had never seen people expressing themselves so passionately about Ham radio, and FCC rules. I have been associated with the club as long as Robert, and when I read Mike Mâ€™s opinion, I took it seriously.

Then, this quote:

It is apparent that placing an opinion like this had others voicing their opinions, outside of our club.

Licensing:

I have looked our rules over, and I understand them. There isn't that many.

I give my point of view and that's it.

No one has been kicked out of our club, or found themselves in any legal bind, due to my opinion.
