Report of showers not ending until 3:30pm. Launch never reliably cleared. No flights on Tuesday. TODAY……possible good cloud day in a postfrontal environment. The NW is light in velocity by mid day and through the afternoon. Burbank TAF forecasts broken clouds with a base at 6K by 2pm. Winds aloft are NW between 6 and 8kts at that time. Light enough to possibly have launchable cycles. Max  altitude 6,000ft.
