Report of rain starting at about 12:30 on Thursday. It continued the rest of the day. TODAY……likely dry this afternoon. Both blip and rasp are indicating strong SE winds aloft. The main issue looks to be clouds obscuring launch. Blip has the cloud base at about the 3rd bowl by 1pm. Burbank TAF forecasts broken clouds at 5K. Winds aloft are SE between 18 and 20kts. Max altitude 4,300ft if there’s enough of a break in the clouds.
