Report of three PG’s flying on Wednesday.  The air was described as punchy.  Highest reported altitude was 5,300ft. TODAY……back to normalish. Clear skies after the burn off. A notable convergence line sets up well behind Kagel and nicely visible on the rasp. Not enough altitude at Kagel to get back there. Winds aloft are SW between 6 and 8kts by 2pm. Max altitude 4,700ft.
